Control of your body is gradually lost over time.
Exercise is the practice of retaining or even augmenting your control.
Yet it takes attention.
Just like any relationship.
If you respect the relationship with yourself and your body, show it some attention.
The time you take to train, and notice what happens while you train can make a huge difference on how you move.
More importantly, it can change how you feel.
